Booking Agreement and Cancellation Liability
We promise to never overbook our accommodation - once your deposit has been paid we guarantee a room for you All deposits are non-refundable and in the event of cancellation at short notice (if we are subsequently unable to re-let the room), we reserve the right to charge you two thirds of the total cost of the stay you have booked. We therefore strongly recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance from a reputable service provider (we regret that we are unable to provide cancellation insurance ourselves). We can only accept cancellations that are in writing.
If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are forced to cancel your stay, we will refund your deposit in full and make every effort to find you alternative accommodation: however, we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by you as a result.
No refund can be made for rooms that are not occupied for the full period that has been booked.
Deposits
A deposit of 20% of the value of your stay is required to confirm every booking. The deposit will be credited against your final account.
Car Parking
Free car parking is provided and all cars are parked at owners’ risk.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome at St Georges in specified rooms, on the proviso that they are not a nuisance to other guests and that owners clean up after their dogs on the hotel grounds. Dogs are charged at £5.00 per day and dog food is not provided.
